For your first appointment please allow 60 minutes for the initial assessment and treatment. You will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form and provide consent to the proposed treatment plan. Registered massage therapists are required to drape you with a sheet &/or blanket while performing the therapy so that only the portion of your body that is being treated at the time is undraped. At the conclusion of the massage, you will be given an opportunity to discuss the treatment with the therapist and talk about relevant exercises and stretches that can be done at home.
